(PRESS RELEASE) NEENAH, WI – Jewelers Mutual Group, the insurance and business solutions provider dedicated to the jewelry industry since 1913, today announced that it will host Conversations in Park City, its first annual leadership retreat for the jewelry and gemstone industry October 14-16, 2022 at the St. Regis Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. The immersive three-day experience will bring together established and emerging leaders and influencers from the jewelry industry in a retreat environment offering unique opportunities for networking and outdoor adventure.

We see Conversations in Park City as another way for us to bring value to the industry, this time through an educational and social lens. Jewelers Mutual Group has recruited PSFK, a progressive retail and customer experience consultancy, to showcase the future of jewelry retail and the jewelry shopper of tomorrow. Attendees can expect PSFK to share unique insights on the metaverse, web3, NFTs, the evolution of online shopping, and other cutting-edge topics.
“Our goal with Conversations in Park City is to bring a new experience to the industry’s current lineup of events. We believe this will be the case, due to the intimate size of the event, the beautiful mountain setting , futuristic content, attendees from all industries and the inclusion of next-gen leaders on the rise,” said Mark Smelzer, chief content officer at Jewelers Mutual.
Registration for Conversations in Park City includes an opening cocktail reception, an all-day PSFK talk, a half-day selection of interactive panels, and chef-prepared meals. Jewelers Mutual has also partnered with a high-end adventure tour company to offer participants a host of à la carte activities, including hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, trap shooting and a GPS adventure race.
