GLASTONBURY, Conn. — The 2022 Oscars kick off this Sunday, but before the big day, a pair of Glastonbury sisters will rub shoulders with Hollywood stars.

Christina Baribault-Ortiz and Reann Baribault-Schwartz of Baribault Jewelers in Glastonbury have created a line of bracelets called “Power to B.”

The sisters have used their experience of infertility to empower and inspire other women to continue overcoming their trials in life.

“When we were undergoing fertility treatments, we used a lot of positive affirmations for ourselves to get through our toughest days,” Baribault-Schwartz said. “At the time, what worked for me was post-it notes on my mirror, but I only saw them in the mirror and then I saw them at night, and I needed something that stuck with me. accompanied more constantly than when I was having those low moments, would kind of come back to shock my mind in ‘You’re strong, you’ve got that’.

The bracelets feature 5 words of power:

  • B strong
  • B Fearless
  • Fierce B
  • B Unlimited
  • B Bada**

The sisters say they can’t wait to expand their reach.

“The most important thing is to build this community of women who believe in empowering themselves and others,” Baribault-Ortiz said. “I find being a part of this is a goal, and seeing others flourish by wearing this bracelet, doing this practice and being a part of it is everything to me.”

The bracelets are available for pre-order and should be available in June.

In the meantime, a small selection of bracelets is available at Baribault Joailliers.
